Thano (ARG), who stands at Grangewilliam Stud in New
Zealand, is one of the newest stallions added to the TrueNicks stable. A group
I winner at 4 in his native Argentina, Thano (ARG) (TrueNicks,SRO) is by one of that
region’s all-time great stallions, Southern Halo. His female line is also very
strong as he hails from the family of U.S. and Uruguayan Horse of the Year Invasor (ARG) (TrueNicks,SRO).
Grangewilliam is the second New Zealand stud farm for
which complimentary TrueNicks are now available; Haunui Farm joined the Thoroughbred pedigree nicking service earlier this year.
