Iowa Oaks Winner Crypto Mo Added to F-T July Sale

Crypto Mo, winner of the July 8 Iowa Oaks (G3) at Prairie Meadows, has been supplemented to the July 10 Fasig-Tipton July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale. She is cataloged as hip 645 with Taylor Made Sales Agency. The 3-year-old Mohaymen filly led throughout in the 1 1/16-mile race to win by two lengths with an Equibase Speed Figure of 99. It was her second consecutive stakes win following a victory in the Panthers Stakes June 10 on the same track. She has now won four of eight career starts for $210,870. It is her third win this year for owners Travis Swan Murphy, Matt Trent, and Triple V Racing. Murphy also trains the filly. "Crypto Mo is a very exciting addition to the catalog," said Fasig-Tipton president Boyd Browning. "She is a ready-to-go graded stakes winning 3-year-old filly with a lot of racing opportunities ahead of her. She has a similar profile to Stiletto Boy, who came into this sale off a win in the Iowa Derby a couple years back and is now a grade 1 winner of $1.8 million." Crypto Mo will be available for inspection beginning Monday morning at Barn 12 at the Newtown Paddocks. The July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale will take place July 10, beginning at 2 p.m. ET in Lexington.
