FanDuel to Show Every Keeneland Race From Fall Meet
Fresh off of the heels of extended, exclusive coverage of the Churchill Downs September Meet, FanDuel TV heads up the road to Lexington for Keeneland's prestigious Fall Meet beginning Oct. 6. FanDuel TV will cover every race, every day through the meet's conclusion Oct. 28. The meet in the heart of the Bluegrass features eight Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" qualifying races. Enhanced coverage of the Keeneland meet will include expert analysis, behind-the-scenes exclusives, and interviews from Todd Schrupp, Matt Bernier, Caleb Keller, Andie Biancone, Scott Hazelton, and Larry Collmus, the voice of the Breeders' Cup. Maria Montgomery, the 2009 Miss Kentucky, will be joining the team throughout the season to highlight the best of Keeneland. The popular Jockey Cam will also be utilized throughout the meet, and Andie Biancone will be contributing to the broadcast with insights from horseback on the track. The featured race on Opening Day is the $500,000 Alcibiades Stakes (G1), which is a Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" Challenge Series race and qualifies the winner for the Juvenile Fillies (G1). The stacked ten-race card also includes the $350,000 Jessamine Stakes (G2T), a "Win and You're In" for the Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1T), and the $350,000 Phoenix (G2), a "Win and You're In" for the Sprint (G1). The weekend of world-class racing will include six more chances for horses to earn a spot in the starting gate at the Breeders' Cup. On Saturday, the "Win and You're In" races are the $600,000 Breeders' Futurity-G1 (Juvenile-G1), the $1 million Turf Mile-G1T (Mile-G1T), and the $350,0000 Thoroughbred Club of America Stakes-G2 (Filly and Mare Sprint-G1).
