Enticed to Relocate to Mountain Springs Farm in PA

Enticed, a top 10 first-crop sire last year and among the 10 leading second-crop stallions this year by progeny earnings, will relocate to stand in Pennsylvania at Mountain Springs Farm in 2025. No stud fee was announced in a press release issued Oct. 15 by the Enticed Syndicate. The 9-year-old son of Medaglia d'Oro stood at Darley's Jonabell Farm in Central Kentucky for $5,000 this past breeding season. His first year at stud came in 2020 for an initial fee of $10,000. The Enticed Syndicate credited Taylor Made Sales Agency and Hunter Houlihan "for their invaluable support in making this relocation possible." A dual graded-winning homebred for Godolphin out of triple grade 1 winner It's Tricky, the Kiaran McLaughlin-trained Enticed captured three of seven starts and made $595,680. In addition to a first-out maiden victory at Saratoga Race Course in 2017, he won the Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes (G2) at Churchill Downs that year, with a show finish in the Champagne Stakes (G1) at Belmont Park coming in between. The next year at age 3, he qualified for the Kentucky Derby (G1) by running fourth in the Holy Bull Stakes (G3) at Gulfstream Park, and winning the Gotham Stakes (G3) and placing in the Wood Memorial Stakes (G2), both at Aqueduct Racetrack. He ran 14th in the Derby in his final race. The stallion's top runners include Senorita Stakes (G3T) winner Visually, stakes winners Shimmering Allure and Under the Palms, and the grade 3-placed Tambo.
