Oaklawn Park Cancels Racing Due to Rainy Conditions

Oaklawn Park canceled racing Feb. 15 following the fifth race after heavy rain fell at the Hot Springs, Ark., track and surrounding areas. Races 6-10 were left on the program. Fonner Park also canceled racing Saturday and Feb. 16, citing cold and high winds.
