Panty Raid, a dual grade 1 winner and dam of graded stakes winners Proxy  and Micheline, has been euthanized at age 21, per a social media post by her owner, Godolphin. Infirmities of old age were cited, and Godolphin noted they are saddened by her loss.

Panty Raid, a Heaven Trees Farm-bred daughter of Include out of the Private Account mare Adventurous Di, earned more than $1 million on the racetrack, winning five of 10 starts. Among her highlights were victories in the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes (G2), American Oaks Invitational Stakes (G1T), and Spinster Stakes (G1) during her 3-year-old campaign in 2007 for Hall of Fame trainer Todd Pletcher and then-owner Glencrest Farm.

She made a single start as a 4-year-old, running seventh in the 2008 Doubledogdare Stakes (G3) at Keeneland in the spring in what was the final race of her career. That fall, John Ferguson purchased her for Godolphin for $2.5 million from the Four Star Sales consignment to Fasig-Tipton's The November Sale.

She became the dam of 10 foals, with six racing and four victorious. The best of these were Micheline and Proxy, both trained by Mike Stidham for owner/breeder Godolphin. Proxy scored at the grade 1 level in the 2022 Clark Stakes (G1) at Churchill Downs and entered stud at Darley near Lexington in 2024. Darley is the Thoroughbred stallion division of Godolphin.

Micheline, now a broodmare, has a yearling Curlin  colt.
