HRWA Embraces Pay It Forward Initiative for Conference

Distinguished speaker Molly Fletcher will deliver this year's keynote address at the Horse Racing Women's Association 2025 conference Oct. 8-9 in Lexington. One way the HRWA is making the event more accessible is through the Pay It Forward initiative. The HRWA is designed to engage, elevate, and invest in the professional and personal development of women in horse racing. Since its inception in 2022, the HRWA (then Horse Racing Women's Summit) has offered Pay It Forward tickets to its events across North America. To date, more than 60 Pay It Forward tickets have been allocated to new or emerging participants in the horse racing industry. There are still Pay It Forward tickets available for the 2025 HRWA conference in Lexington. To be considered for a Pay It Forward ticket, please send the HRWA an email with information on who you are and how you would benefit from attending the 2025 HRWA conference in Lexington. All applications are kept confidential. "The Pay It Forward initiative is a testament to the HRWA pillars: to engage, elevate, and invest in women in horse racing," said HRWA executive committee member Jordyn Egan. "It is supported by HRWA membership dues, as well as donations from individuals and corporations. We are grateful to be able to offer the opportunity to all who are interested and believe that the HRWA community is stronger for it." The fourth annual HRWA conference will feature a welcome reception, the keynote address, featured afternoon speaker Lindsay Czarniak, three panel discussions, and a special presentation of the Jane Goldstein Award. FanDuel TV's Andie Biancone, a racing reporter and analyst, will serve as the emcee for the event. This year's panel discussions are: Roadblocks to Relationships: Building Networks That Change the Game, moderated by Jessica Paquette, track announcer at Parx Racing; Fueling the Fire Without Burning Out, moderated by Shannon Kelly, executive director of The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation; Horse Racing Ecosystems: Markets, Models, and Money; moderated by Alison Zeitlin, equine law attorney at Stites & Harbison To request a Pay It Forward ticket, please email Stephanie Hronis at: stephanie.hronis@gmail.com.
