Virginia Sire Hello Broadway Moving to Foxwoode Farm
Hello Broadway, who ranks third on Virginia's leading sires list this year, is being relocated to Foxwoode Farm for the 2026 breeding season. The 19-year-old son of Broken Vow will stand for $2,000 with a live foal guarantee. Hello Broadway has been ranked among the top three Virginia sires since he was relocated to Wind N' Springs Farm in 2022. He started his stallion career at Ups and Downs Farm near Ocala, Fla. "He's been doing really well since coming to Virginia," said Hello Broadway's owner Brian Thomas. "The Virginia program, too, seems to be getting better and better." Foxwoode is owned and managed by Angelia Mathias, whose parents started the farm as a show jumping training center. Now Mathias is switching the farm's focus to Thoroughbred breeding and foaling. The farm is located in Purcellville, Va., southeast of Charles Town, W. Va. Hello Broadway has sired 28 winners so far, led by stakes winner My Sweet Dove. His daughter U and Tequila set two track records at Mahoning Valley Racecourse in 2017, initially going 4 1/2 furlongs in :52.50 in starter allowance company in January and then breaking her own record in December of the same year with a :50.82 performance.
