First Foal Arrives for Pleasant Acres' Champions Dream

Pleasant Acres Stallions announced Jan. 19 the arrival of the first foal by its grade 3-winning stallion Champions Dream. The filly was born Jan.16 out of the unraced mare Dream Again Jessie. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome the very first foal by Champions Dream, and she’s everything we hoped for—athletic, correct, and full of presence," said Christine Jones, director of stallion services at Pleasant Acres. "With her strong female family and the quality Champions Dream brings to the table, we’re looking forward to watching her develop and seeing the impact this line will have for Florida breeders." Dream Again Jessie is a half sister to Always Sunshine, a grade 3 winner and multiple black-type winner, and My Sunshine Gal, also a multiple black-type winner and graded-stakes performer. The deeper female family includes millionaire and multiple graded stakes winner Just Rushing, as well as multiple grade 1 winner Marlin. Champions Dream won his debut at 2 by 2 1/4 lengths at Saratoga Race Course before capturing the Nashua Stakes (G3) at Aqueduct Racetrack. A $425,000 Ocala Breeders' Sales March 2-Year-Olds in Training purchase in 2022, he is a son of Triple Crown winner Justify and out of grade 2 winner Dancinginherdreams. Champions Dream stands for an advertised fee of $5,000.
