While the 3-year-olds competing in the Davona Dale Stakes (G2) for fillies and the open Fountain of Youth Stakes (G2) figure to draw the most eyes to the Feb. 28 Gulfstream Park card, the day's other seven stakes also bring plenty of star power. READ: Napoleon Solo Returns in Fountain of Youth Stakes Among those races, Godolphin homebred Knightsbridge may top the list in terms of interest as he tries to secure a third straight graded stakes win and fourth straight victory overall when he starts from the outside in an expected field of six older horses in the $225,000 Gulfstream Park Mile Stakes (G3), Saturday's seventh race. Knightsbridge captured the 7-furlong Mr. Prospector Stakes (G3) by 4 3/4 lengths to close out the 2025 season Dec. 27 at Gulfstream before stretching out to the one-turn mile in the Fred W. Hooper Stakes (G3), where he again waltzed to victory by the same margin as the Mr. Prospector. Wolfie's Dynaghost is campaigned by Woodslane Racing, while Magic Cap Stables owns Fort Washington. Woodslane Racing also will watch homebred Sister Troienne try to extend her perfect record on turf to six races as she tries graded company off of three straight stakes wins on the Gulfstream grass in the 1-mile Herecomesthebride Stakes (G3T) for 3-year-old fillies. The 1 3/8-mile turf race for older fillies and mares has attracted nine entries. Older fillies and mares also will try the $175,000 Honey Fox Stakes (G3T), a one-mile turf test. Dixiana Farms' Lush Lips (GB), a 4-year-old daughter of Ten Sovereigns (IRE), will make her debut against older runners after closing 2025 with wins in the Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes (G1T) at Keeneland and the Mrs. Revere Stakes (G2T) at Churchill Downs.
