Where to Watch/Listen: Horse Racing Coverage March 5-8
We're now deep in the heart of prep season for the 2026 Kentucky Derby (G1), and two more qualifying points races are scheduled for Saturday, March 7: the Tampa Bay Derby (G3) at Tampa Bay Downs and the San Felipe Stakes (G2) at Santa Anita Park. The Tampa Bay Derby will be showcased on NYRA's "America's Day at the Races" telecast along with other races from Tampa, Oaklawn Park, and Aqueduct Racetrack. "America's Day at the Races" has a four-show run this week, starting Thursday, March 5, and ending Sunday, March 8, airing on FOX Sports. Check the schedule below for channels and times. The San Felipe and all other races from Santa Anita Park—including Saturday's Santa Anita Handicap (G1)—will be broadcast on FanDuel TV as per their normal schedule. FanDuel TV will also show live racing from tracks including Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park, and Turfway Park.
