Fans arriving for Belmont Stakes day, June 8, will be greeted by mild temperatures at Saratoga Race Course. As of 9 a.m. ET, the main track is firm, and all races are on the grass after a mix or sun and rain June 7. Skies are largely overcast, though the sun has occasionally poked out.
The National Weather Service calls for a 30% chance of scattered showers Saturday, with the greatest possibility before 1 p.m. ET. Rainfall, if any, is predicted to be less than a tenth of an inch. Breezy conditions are expected.
