The Indiana Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders' Association is once again hosting its annual stallion season auction on Thoroughlybred.com. Bidding will open Jan. 8 starting at 9:00 a.m. ET and will close Jan. 12 beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET.
Over 80 seasons will be on offer from top stallion farms in Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Louisiana, and more. Proven stallions as well as freshman sires will be on offer.
Any 2026 Indiana-bred progeny from stallions sold in this auction will be eligible for nomination to the 2029 $100,000 ITOBA Stallion Season Auction Stakes (Colt and Filly Divisions)
ITOBA is the only organization approved by the Indiana Horse Racing Commission to support owners and breeders in the state of Indiana.
Donations are still being accepted through Jan. 6.
