Athenian Beauty, the dam of recent Southwest Stakes (G3) winner Speed King, leads the latest supplemental entries to Fasig-Tipton's Kentucky Winter Mixed Sale, to be held Feb. 3 at Fasig-Tipton in Lexington.

Offered as Hip 413 by Taylor Made Sales Agency, Athenian Beauty is offered in foal to second-crop stallion Caracaro . Her current 3-year-old, Speed King, impressively captured the Jan. 25 Southwest at Oaklawn Park in wire-to-wire fashion. Athenian Beauty is a half sister to the dam of multiple grade 1 winner Mor Spirit .
Speed King defeated slow-starting Sandman by a length in the $1 million Southwest, a qualifying race on the Road to the Kentucky Derby. Other talented 3-year-olds behind Speed King included Tiztastic, Patch Adams, and Gaming. Speed King is now 2-for-3 with earnings of $669,000.
Other entries in this latest supplement release include Yatta (Hip 411), a graded stakes-placed earner of more than $250,000. She hails from the immediate family of grade 1 winners Kitten's Joy, Precious Kitten, and Dreaming of Anna. The racing/broodmare prospect is consigned by Bluewater Sales, agent.
