Ten full or half siblings to group 1 winners feature in the catalog for the Tattersalls December Yearling Sale, which is now online. The sale will take place Nov. 24 at Park Paddocks.
Headline acts include the brothers to multiple group 1 winners Emily Upjohn and Sea of Class, as well as a half sister to dual group 1 winner Dreamloper, all three by Sea The Stars. The brilliant sire is also represented by a filly out of a half sister to Baaeed and Hukum.
They will be joined by half sisters to 2024 Irish Oaks (G1) winner You Got To Me, 2014 Phoenix Stakes (G1) scorer Dick Whittington, and 2018 Melbourne Cup (G1) winner Cross Counter by Pinatubo, Aclaim, and Cracksman respectively, as well as Kingman half brothers to group 1 winners Pearls Galore and Jannah Rose.
There are full or half brothers and sisters to 75 group and listed winners cataloged, while there are also 38 yearlings out of group- and listed-winning dams. They include a Frankel filly out of 2017 E. P. Taylor Stakes (G1T) winner Blond Me, a Pinatubo daughter of 2015 Irish One Thousand Guineas (G1) and Yorkshire Oaks (G1) winner Pleascach, and a Mohaather colt out of champion Taghrooda.
The top 10 active sires in Europe are well represented with Blue Point, Dark Angel, Dubawi, Havana Grey, Lope de Vega , Mehmas, Night of Thunder, No Nay Never, and Wootton Bassett among them. Exciting first-season sires with yearlings entered including Bayside Boy, Blackbeard, Minzaal, Perfect Power, Persian Force, and State of Rest.
Moreover, 17 yearlings are eligible for the £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus Scheme and another 16 for the £200,000 Tattersalls Somerville Auction Stakes and £200,000 Tattersalls October Auction Stakes, both to be run for minimum prize money of £200,000 each in 2026. The catalog also features 41 fillies entered for the Great British Bonus and three lots qualified for French Owners’ Premiums.
The catalog currently contains 200 lots.
