Equibase Company, the Thoroughbred industry's official database for racing information, today announced enhancements to its premium past performance product available on equibase.com. In addition to the standard download option, premium past performance customers can now select an enhanced option that includes conditional formatting as part of the product.
In addition to traditional past performances, the new enhanced version includes conditional formatting on key points such as the highest speed figure in the race, the highest win percentage in the race for the trainer and jockey, and highest lifetime earnings.
"Traditional past performances can be overwhelming, especially for new handicappers," said Chris Dawahare, vice president of data operations and digital services for Equibase. "The new enhanced option removes some of the data overload by highlighting the most critical information in each past performance and providing a color legend with each race to easily reference every data element."
The enhanced premium past performance option also includes a separate Equibase Speed, Class, and Pace figure analysis in a graphical format.
