The first foal by Dennis' Moment arrived March 3 at the Jack Sims' Ranch near Evanston, Wyo. The Wyoming-accredited colt is the first foal out of the Flatter mare Half a Chance, a 2-year-old maiden special weight winner at Saratoga Race Course during her racing career.

Bred in Kentucky by Tolo Thoroughbreds, Albaugh Family Racing purchased the son of Tiznow for $400,000 in 2018 at Fasig-Tipton's The Saratoga Sale. Dennis' Moment was campaigned throughout his racing career by Albaugh and trainer Dale Romans, who conditioned him to a 3-2-3 record in 14 starts and earnings of $302,962. He won the 2019 Iroquois Stakes (G3) at Churchill Downs as a 2-year-old and placed in the 2021 Mr. Prospector Stakes (G3) at 4.

Standing at Dave and Cindy Delancey's Rodeo Ranch near Cheyenne, Wyo., Dennis' Moment was brought to Wyoming in by owners CJ Thoroughbreds and Eugene Joyce in 2024 to become an accredited stallion in that state, which offers a lucrative breeder award program, in part fueled by historical horse racing in Wyoming.

Corey Johnsen's CJ Thoroughbreds, who campaigned Half a Chance during her racing career, and Joyce own 11 Wyoming-accredited mares in foal to Dennis' Moment. They also have five Wyoming-accredited 2-year-olds that will be racing in the state under the care of trainer Dru Hall.

Dennis' Moment stands for $1,500, live foal, stands, and nurses for the 2025 breeding season, or $3,000 for lifetime breeding rights.
