Horse Racing Radio Network, the award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, announced March 31 it will recognize the achievements of 2017 Eclipse Award champion 2-year-old male Good Magic leading up to the 101st renewal of the April 5 Blue Grass Stakes (G1) at Keeneland.
"Good Magic Week" presented by Keeneland Sales runs March 31 through April 5. During the week, HRRN will feature special content across its platform of weekly shows, as well as on the network's social media pages, website, and e-newsletters. Listeners will enjoy replays of Good Magic's biggest wins along with interviews and conversations looking back on his brilliant racing career.

Consigned by Hill 'n' Dale Sales Agency, the son of Curlin was purchased by e Five Racing for $1 million at the 2016 Keeneland September Yearling Sale. Campaigned by e Five Racing of Bob Edwards and Stonestreet Stable, Good Magic capped his championship season with a win in the 2017 Breeders' Cup Juvenile before adding two more graded stakes to his resume in his 3-year-old season, the Blue Grass Stakes and Monmouth Park's Haskell Invitational Stakes (G1).
Trained by Chad Brown, Good Magic retired to stud at Hill 'n' Dale at Xalapa with earnings of $2,945,000, siring multiple graded stakes winners including 2023 Kentucky Derby (G1) winner Mage and 2024 Belmont Stakes (G1) winner Dornoch .
Upcoming "Horse Weeks" presented by Keeneland Sales on HRRN include Fusaichi Pegasus Week, April 28-May 3, celebrating the 2000 Kentucky Derby hero, and Thunder Gulch Week, June 2-7, recognizing the winner of the 1995 Belmont Stakes.
