Well-bred mare Supercilious is among the headline acts for the Inglis Digital Australia March (Early) Sale, which opened for bidding March 5. A Written Tycoon half sister to group 2 winner Marine One and group 1-placed sprinter Cannonball, Supercilious placed in the 2024 Sires' Produce Stakes (G3) as a juvenile and added three further stakes placings at 3, and is offered as a racing and breeding prospect.
Meanwhile, Arrowfield Stud has cataloged a six-strong draft featuring mares in foal to, and with foals at foot by, stallions including Maurice, Hitotsu, and Vandeek, alongside relations to group 1 winners.
A share in Wild Ruler also offers buyers the chance to gain equity in the promising young Newgate Farm sire. From his first 11 runners, Wild Ruler is already the sire of group 2 winner Stretan Ruler, a leading contender for the Golden Slipper (G1), as well as stakes-performed juvenile Savage Look.
The March (Early) catalog contains 288 lots, including 145 racehorses, 73 broodmares, 42 racehorse shares and 22 yearlings, with stock also in foal to or with progeny by stallions such as All Too Hard, Bivouac, and Capitalist. Other highlights include Royal Ascot group 3 winner Age of Kings, stakes winner Exclusive Lass, and progressive 3-year-old The Real Mahjong. Bidding closes from 10 a.m. March 11.
