My Prankster, the grade 3-winning son of Into Mischief  who stood at O'Sullivan Farms near Charles Town, W.Va., died Sept. 3 at age 7, the farm announced. No cause of death was given.

Farm staff said they were heartbroken by his death, noting in a statement that he was "one of a kind in the stallion world—attentive, well-mannered, and incredibly handsome."

He entered stud in 2024 there and stood for $2,500 earlier this year. He is represented by weanlings and yearlings, many of which share characteristics of his muscular and striking physical appearance. His final crop will be born next year.

West Bloodstock bought My Prankster for $600,000 for owners Robert and Lawana Low at the 2020 Fasig-Tipton Selected Yearlings Showcase and sent the colt to Hall of Fame trainer Todd Pletcher. As a 2-year-old, the colt won his debut by 10 lengths in 2021 at Saratoga Race Course and earned black type in his third career start with a second in the Bowman Mill Stakes as a juvenile at Keeneland. The next year at 3, he won the Swale Stakes (G3) at Gulfstream Park and went on to run third in the Pat Day Mile Stakes (G2) at Churchill Downs. He compiled a 3-2-1 record from 10 starts and earned $314,840.

My Prankster was bred in Kentucky by Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings out of the grade 2 winner and imported Puerto Rican champion My Wandy's Girl (by Flower Alley) who won 15 of 25 starts.
