Magic Millions has launched Magic Millions Digital, a new online auction platform, with entries now open for the first scheduled sale.
Custom-built for Magic Millions by leading Australian-based developer Webtron, the brand new platform offers a fast, flexible, and user-friendly experience, ensuring buyers can engage in online auctions with ease from anywhere in the world.
"We've invested in technology we know will set the benchmark for online selling," Magic Millions managing director Barry Bowditch said.
The new platform has been seamlessly integrated into Magic Millions' existing technologies. Vendors can enter horses by using the Magic Millions online entries facility, while buyers can log in to bid by using their Magic Millions online bidder ID and bid on lots once credit terms have been approved.
"With the platform now live and more team announcements to come shortly, we are very excited to call for entries and conduct our first sale. We have a strong belief in what has been built and cannot wait to showcase it to the industry," head of digital Bryce Bevan said.
For any lots entered, the entry fee is AU$385 goods and services tax inclusive, with 5.5% GST inclusive commission applicable on lots sold plus Thoroughbred Breeders Australia levy. No commission will be payable on passed-in lots.
Entries are now open for Magic Millions Digital Sale (Oct. 24-29) and will close Oct. 22 at 12:00 p.m. AEST. The catalog will be published online Oct. 24 at 2:00 p.m. AEST. Bidding will close Oct. 29 from 12:00 p.m. AEST.
