Delaware Park Casino proudly announces another successful year of raising awareness and funds for various nonprofit organizations in Delaware. In total, the casino raised and donated more than $166,000 for more than 15 different charities.

Throughout the year, guests at Delaware Park donated everything from money and dog treats to toys and food during monthly drives to benefit the casino's charities of the month. Fundraisers and promotions were also held throughout the horse-racing season. These initiatives reached guests of the casino as well as Delaware Park employees, who also gave generously through various events, like Jeans Day and Deck the Halls for a Cause.

"The continued generosity of both our team and our valued guests is astounding," said Terry Glebocki, Delaware Park's President and General Manager. "Delaware Park Casino has a proud history of giving back, and we are committed to supporting these vital organizations that support Delaware residents every day."

Initiatives hosted throughout the year included the second annual Bark at Del'Park, benefiting Humane Animal Partners and Faithful Friends; Alex's Lemonade Stand; a toy drive for Motorcycle Santa; and Deck the Halls for a Cause, a Christmas tree decorating contest and silent auction to raise funds for various Delaware charities.
