In addition to Demian, who won a Tokyo juvenile maiden race June 13, securing the first win for 2022 Horse of the Year Flightline ’s debut crop, eight other Flightline 2-year-olds are currently registered to race with the Japan Racing Association. Five of them are Japan-bred, and three of them were bought at the JRHA Select Sale.
Shonan Galleon, bred by Katsumi Yoshida's Northern Farm, is out of Tan Gritona, winner of the 2022 Gran Premio de Potrancas (G1), the first leg of the Argentinian Filly Triple Crown. The colt by Flightline was bought by Tetsuhide Kunimoto for ¥210,000,000 (approx. US$1.3 million) during the 2024 foal session of the JRHA Select Sale.
All City King, who was also bred by Northern Farm, is out of Selflessly, who won the 2019 Miss Grillo Stakes (G2T) and the 2020 Lake George Stakes (G3T). The colt by Flightline was bought by Susumu Fujita at the yearling session of the JRHA Select Sale in 2025 for ¥190,000,000 (approx. US$1.28 million).
Realize Avion, bred by Haruya Yoshida's Oiwake Farm, is out of Gift List (Bated Breath), winner of the 2021 Edgewood Stakes (G2T), who was bought by Haruya Yoshida for $750,000 at Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale in 2022. The colt by Flightline was bought by Yosuke Imafuku at the yearling session of JRHA Select Sale in 2025 for ¥180,000,000 (approx. US$1.22 million).
