My Miss Mo was relentless from start to finish in securing a victory in the $150,000 Monmouth Oaks (G3) July 25 at Monmouth Park for owners Averill Racing, Mathis Stable, and Tristan De Meric.

The Saffie Joseph Jr. trainee broke sharply under Micah Husbands and went straight to the front with Bodacious Bay following just to her outside. Bodacious Bay kept firm pressure in second while My Miss Mo put up fractions of :24.60, :48.88, 1:12.22, and 1:36.72 in the 1 1/16-mile race.

The 3-year-old daughter of the late Uncle Mo was urged around the far turn, as Bodacious Bay and Jumping the Gun turned up the heat. My Miss Mo maintained her advantage, outdueling runner-up Bodacious Bay by 1 1/2 lengths. Jumping the Gun settled for third.

My Miss Mo, timed in 1:43.29 for the distance on a fast track, paid $7.80 to win.

"She got into a nice rhythm," Husbands said. "When it was time to finish it up, she fought the whole way."

My Miss Mo is out of the young Quality Road mare In a Dream, and was a $320,000 purchase by Averill Racing and Mathis Stable out of the De Meric Sales consignment at the 2025 Ocala Breeders' Sales March 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale.

She is now a dual graded winner and earner of $418,030 with a 3-3-0 record in seven starts.
