Whitsbury Manor Stud has announced its roster for 2027 with Havana Grey again heading the lineup at a private fee, while Showcasing has had his fee reduced to £20,000 from £30,000.

The sire of group 1 winner Orthodox, Havana Grey has enjoyed another outstanding season on the track, producing 16 individual stakes winners, including five 2-year-olds headed by Orthodox, winner of the Middle Park Stakes (G1) and Norfolk Stakes (G2).

Havana Grey will once again have his book restricted to mares standing 16 hands or under.

Joe Callan, head of bloodstock and sales at Whitsbury Manor, said: "This reflects the success we've had in managing his book to mares of 16 hands or under, resulting in his best ever breeding season for mare numbers in foal."

The stud's stalwart Showcasing is responsible for 155 individual lifetime stakes performers, while his yearlings sold for up to 460,000 guineas this year.

The son of Oasis Dream has a reputation as a broodmare sire that is continuing to grow, with this season's leading performers including Orthodox, Evolutionist, and Noble Exhibit.

Elite Status will remain at £8,000 after covering an impressive first book of 150 mares in 2026.

Dragon Symbol will also remain at £8,000 after covering books of more than 130 mares in each of his seasons at stud. His first yearlings sold for up to 140,000 guineas this year, with his first runners set to hit the track in 2027.
